I’m Caren Bowman — Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer of Von & Ren Industries. I lead with vision, design, and strategy to ensure every asset we touch is intentional, human-centered, and built for long-term value.

Von & Ren Industries was founded with a purpose beyond acquisition. We invest to reclaim space — for our community, for our lineage, and for those who had the vision but were historically excluded from ownership and opportunity. My role is to translate that purpose into systems, environments, and experiences that perform financially and create lasting impact.

Born in Mexico and raised in the U.S. without a traditional roadmap, I learned early how to convert hustle into strategy and vision into equity. At 24, I’m building this company alongside my husband with a clear mandate: we don’t chase numbers alone. We design thoughtful rental experiences, resilient operations, and investments that align capital with care.

I entered real estate to expand what ownership could look like — more access, more representation, and more people who reflect our communities at the table. I didn’t inherit generational wealth, but I’m deeply committed to helping build it through disciplined execution, mindset shifts, and scalable systems.
